  13. Sidereal is a tutorial program which introduces the user to the 
  14. relationships between Julian and calendar dates and solar and sidereal
  15. times.
  16.  
  17. J2000 is a utility program which converts stellar positions,
  18. proper motion, parallax and radial velocity from the 
  19. standard epoch B1950 (FK4) to epoch J2000 (FK5).  This method
  20. is described on page X of the 1985 edition of the Astronomical Almanac.

  22. Galilean is a tutorial program which determines the position of
  23. the Galilean satellites relative to Jupiter.  This program explains
  24. how to construct position diagrams like those found in the Astronomical
  25. Almanac and astronomy magazines.
